About the Team
The Lifecycle Marketing team at Gorgias builds data-driven AI-native campaigns that support merchants throughout their journeyfrom just learning about us to onboarding and activation to retention and expansion. Our work sits at the intersection of Customer Experience Product Success and Marketing enabling merchants to experience value faster and scale their usage independently.

Youll join a nimble team that partners closely with Growth PMMs Marketing Operations and Success to deliver high-impact experiences across channels and stages.
About the Role
As a member of our Lifecycle Marketing team you will contribute to the strategy and execution of end-to-end lifecycle marketing efforts inclusive of user onboarding activation engagement retention and revenue-generating campaigns. This role is perfect for someone whos customer-obsessed analytical and eager to experiment with AI-driven messaging and tooling.
Youll build and optimize lifecycle programs across email and in-product channels using segmentation behavioral triggers and prompt-engineered content that drives growth.
Your work will influence how merchants experience value discover features and expand across our product linesaccelerating time to value and supporting both self-serve and sales-assisted behaviors.
Youll report to the Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing and collaborate cross-functionally with teams company-wide.
What Youll Do
Design and execute multi-touch lifecycle campaigns across email and in-product to support onboarding feature adoption revenue generation and retention goals.
Use LLM tools and prompt engineering to generate test and scale lifecycle content that adapts to user and account signals and factors.
Analyze product usage and merchant behavior to inform campaign segmentation timing and triggers.
Run experiments (A/B tests variant routing multivariate) to test hypotheses around messaging formats touchpoint timing prompt quality and engagement strategies.
QA AI-generated content for brand alignment performance accuracy and narrative cohesion.
Monitor and report on performance metrics like activation rate NRR and feature usage to identify areas of improvement and scale what works.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent high-quality experience across touchpoints.

Who You Are
24 years of experience in lifecycle growth CRM or product marketing at a SaaS companyideally in a PLG or ecommerce environment.
Proven ability to own and optimize lifecycle journeys or segments with an eye toward accelerating product adoption and driving self-serve behaviors.
Data-driven and hypothesis-oriented: you dig into usage data to segment users form testable ideas and iterate quickly based on results.
Strong writing skills and comfort QAing AI-generated content; youve written and refined prompts to produce personalized scalable messaging.
Hands-on experience with LLMs and lifecycle tooling (e.g. GPT Claude Braze Appcues Pendo).
Collaborative and cross-functional: youve worked closely with Product Success and Data to ship impactful campaigns and can clearly explain the why behind your decisions.Perks and Benefits
