About the Role

Were seeking a Business Analyst to support enterprise collaboration and voice services acrossMicrosoft 365andhybrid IP telephonyenvironments. Youll translate business needs into clear requirements lead governance and policy design and partner with crossfunctional teams to enable secure reliable communicationsespecially insafetycritical power plant environments.

This work contributes directly to SaskPowers mission ofreliable and affordable powerand aligns with our values ofsafety openness collaboration and accountability.

What youll do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Lead M365 lifecycle & configurationacross key apps; establish and maintaingovernance policiesand standards.
  • Design and recommendMicrosoft Teamspolicies (custom policies channel structures permissions) that scale enterprisewide.
  • DevelopConditional Accessuser stories/use cases test scenarios and provide results/feedback to stakeholders.
  • Support user adoption and business operations in ahybrid IP telephonyenvironment (e.g.SmartTAPrecordingCisco JabberCisco Contact Centre room devices fromCisco Lenovo Logitech).
  • Providebusiness support and analysisfor IP telephony inpower plantsettings ensuring high availability and compliance withsafetycriticalcommunication protocols.
  • Contribute to the design/oversight ofcall group configurationsandemergency call routingaligned with controlroom requirements and plant safety procedures.
  • Partner with IT and vendors to configure/maintainCisco Contact Centresolutions (routing logic skill groups queue management).
  • Participate inSmartTAProllout and vendor evaluation ensuring compliance with call recording policies and regulations.
  • Serve as a liaison between technical teams and business users forM365 feature enablementand change adoption.

Core Deliverables

  • Requirements documentation(detailed business and technical requirements for network/collab/telephony initiatives).
  • Solution designs & specificationsin collaboration with Solution Architects and adjacent technical teams.

  • Related postsecondary education (e.g. BA or equivalent) and relevant training/certifications. Background/education verification required; additional risk assessments may apply per project needs.

Certifications:Microsoft 365Teams(e.g. Administrator Associate)Cisco Collaboration/VoiceITIL(industrystandard assets for this scope).
