You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailLead requirements gathering documentation and analysis for IT projects.
Develop RFPs project estimates and implementation/action plans.
Perform impact analysis process improvements and workflow recommendations.
Liaise with vendors DTMB and MDOC stakeholders for system ownership and planning.
Prepare project documentation (use cases diagrams test strategies etc.).
Coordinate test planning and execution with SMEs.
Identify and escalate risks/issues; support resolution.
Participate in statewide and agency IT initiatives.
Strong knowledge of BA methodologies SDLC Agile and process modeling.
Expertise in IT project planning estimation and analysis.
Proficiency in MS Office Project and Visio.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical/non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving documentation and vendor management skills.
Bachelors degree preferred in Computer Science Information Systems IT Project Management Mathematics or related field.
