Job Description
Role Summary The Senior QA Analyst:
will lead quality assurance efforts for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) implementations and support projects.
The role demands deep functional and technical testing expertise particularly in ERP environments with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 F&O modules.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead QA planning test case design execution and defect management for D365 F&O implementations.
2. Collaborate with functional consultants and developers to validate business requirements and technical configurations.
3. Perform end-to-end testing across MSD F&O modules such as Finance Inventory Management and DMF.
4. Ensure traceability of test cases to business requirements and maintain test documentation.
5. Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide QA status updates in daily stand-ups and sprint reviews.
6. Support UAT and production deployment validation.
Technical Skills
1. ERP: Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (Finance Inventory DMF modules)
2. Testing Tools: JIRA HPQC Azure DevOps ServiceNow
3. Automation: Selenium (Java) Robot Framework (preferred)
4. Methodologies: Agile Waterfall
5. OS: Windows Mac
6. Other: SQL for backend validation API testing experience is a plus
Qualifications
1. Bachelors degree in information technology or related field Experience 1. 7 years in QA with at least 4 years in D365 F&O projects
2. Proven track record in leading QA efforts for global clients in retail manufacturing
3. Strong client interfacing and team leadership skills
4. Experience in high-pressure delivery environments with tight deadlines
