Operations Supervisor

About Circular Services:Circular Services Recycling is a fast growing regional leader in paper plastic single stream recycling and Confidential Onsite Paper Shredding (COPS). Due to a growth-related transfer we are looking for a full-time Operations Supervisor to perform various administrative duties in support of our operations.

About the Role:An Operations Supervisor will oversee the companys organizations processes and operations to ensure productivity and quality.

Major job responsibilities:

• Supervision of multiple employees to ensure the coordination of satisfying customer needs.
• Positively and effectively lead teams to increasingly higher levels of productivity quality and customer service.
• Constantly making sure that safety is our number one priority every day in everything we do.
• Budget Management
• Organizing open orders delivery appointments requests etc. to ensure all customers are serviced efficiently and profitably
• Solving problems as they arise often in urgent situations
• Working various short- and long-term research and improvement projects as needed
• Excellent mechanical ability and strong analytical skills
• Demonstrated ability to follow procedure and work from a set of written instructions
• Ability to work in a plant processing environment for extended periods of time
• Strong verbal written and interpersonal communication skills
• Flexibility required to work successfully on a team
• Active individual who will be comfortable spending most of the day walking
• Must speak and understand English; Spanish spoken/written fluency is a plus
• Perform other duties as needed

Job Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory skills in a diverse fast-paced manufacturing/production environment. preferred not required.
• Be positive with proven ability to mentor team growth and succession.
• Excellent time management organizational prioritization and computer and office skills.
• Be willing to work second shift while demonstrating excellent attendance.
• Be a solution finder a problem solver who enjoys making things better through people.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
• While performing the duties of this Job the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; moving mechanical parts; outside weather conditions and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to high precarious places. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
