Experience and Qualifications
- Leadership in technical decision-making for backend systems.
- Expertise in backend development using static type languages.
- Proficiency with Docker and related infrastructure.
- Business-level fluency in Japanese (both written and spoken).
Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in large-scale multi-team system development.
- Familiarity with domain-driven design.
- Proficiency in Rust or other functional programming languages.
- Microservices and web application security expertise.

Salary
Salary is paid as a fixed monthly amount with stock options available and salary reviews twice a year.
