In this role you will
- Analyze the current legacy Commercial Real Estate (CRE)ratings platform documenting existing architecture workflows and issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand priorities and capture both business and technical requirements.
- Design and deliver enhancements to the ratings system ensuring stability scalability and performance.
- Conduct a holistic end-to-end (E2E) review of the platform including performance security code quality and data architecture.
- Propose and design the future-state architecture incorporating best practices and a modernization roadmap tailored to business needs.
- Work alongside cross-functional teams (product QA data infrastructure) to ensure alignment and successful delivery of platform goals.
- Participate in code reviews documentation and knowledge transfer sessions as needed.
- Produce clear and actionable documentation to support technical decision-making and gain senior leadership buy-in.

If you have
- 5 years of experience as a Senior Engineer Technical Lead or in similar roles within enterprise technology environments.
- Expertise in software architecture SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and legacy system modernization.
- Experience in reviewing and modernizing legacy systems built with C# frameworks.
- Proven ability in requirements gathering stakeholder management and technical documentation.
- Strong analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A proven track record of delivering enhancements to business-critical platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for both technical and business audiences.
- Comfortable working independently and in distributed cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with legacy and modern technology stacks.
- Knowledge of cloud migration microservices and API-driven architectures.
- A strong background in performance optimization and scalable design.
- Prior experience with CRE financial ratings or property management platforms is a plus.
- Experience using AI tools daily to enhance productivity is a must.
