The Talent Team sits within our Core Business Services (CBS) function providing crucial support to EY Irelands 4000 employee strong workforce. The team is involved in every stage on the employment cycle; from welcoming talent to supporting them on their career journey. The opportunity

The Strategic Talent Partner works in collaboration with our business leaders and their management teams to ensure we are developing an extraordinary place for individuals to create their future and plays a key role in building out an engagement culture thereby improving long term retention and development of our future leadership pipeline.
This role will work closely with the leadership teams across the relevant Service Lines to deliver a day-to-day talent service and develop strong personal relationships and networks throughout the partnership.
The incumbent is expected to play a major role working with their Service Lines to support business growth the achievement of the talent strategy employee engagement and the retention of top talent. This role will offer the successful candidate the opportunity to work in partnership with a fast-paced business with aggressive plans for future growth.
