The Sr. IT Business Analyst position works closely with Management and Operational teams in evaluating business information systems providing innovative IT solutions and preparing requirement specifications. This role works with business heads to identify system needs analyze and assess impact of changes in business processes and provide advice on possible remedies. Liaises with systems development teams (local and regional) and business users to ensure effective communication and better understanding of business requirements/production findings.
Position Responsibilities:
Elicit and analyze business requirements (new change requests and production support)
Provides guidance and coaching to other business analysts.
Required Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience doing business analysis work
Knowledgeable in SDLC
Graduate of Engineering Math Business Administration Computer Science or other related fields
Preferred Qualifications:
Has work experience in the Life Insurance industry
Preferably has project and people management experience
Proficient with MS Office automation tools and preferably with basic knowledge on SQL and/or PL/SQL Developer JIRA
