Job Description

The Distributor Relations & Learning team is seeking a dynamic and bilingual individual to support the training and documentation needs of our Vitality Concierge and Digital Success Team. This role is integral to ensuring our internal teams are equipped with the knowledge tools and confidence to deliver exceptional service and support to our advisors and clients across Canada.

As a key contributor to our learning strategy you will design and deliver engaging training experiences that reflect the evolving landscape of insurance digital tools and the Vitality program with a focus on digital enablement personalized service and operational excellence.

This role is a key contributor to the overall strategy for learning in Insurance Operations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Design and Deliver Training: Develop and facilitate training programs including job aids e-learning modules videos and internal knowledge procedural documentation content tailored to the Vitality Concierge and Digital Success Team.

  • Needs Analysis & Curriculum Development: Conduct training needs assessments design learning solutions and evaluate effectiveness to ensure alignment with business goals and performance outcomes.

  • Documentation & Best Practices: Create maintain and regularly update internal documentation outlining best practices standard operating procedures and process guidelines to ensure consistency and knowledge retention across the team.

  • Innovative Learning Approaches: Explore and implement creative digital-first training methods that enhance learning retention and operational efficiency.

  • Strategic partner Collaboration: Partner with team leads subject matter experts and business partners to ensure training content and documentation are accurate timely and aligned with strategic priorities.

  • Mentorship & Coaching: Support new team members through onboarding and mentorship fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards in training materials and delivery ensuring consistency and clarity across all learning touchpoints.

  • Agile Project Support: Contribute to cross-functional initiatives using Agile methodology providing training expertise to support successful implementation.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (French & English) is required - The successful candidate will be required to communicate in English and French in order to support clients from various jurisdictions outside of Quebec.

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year in adult training coaching or support role within financial services or insurance operations.

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office and e-learning tools (e.g. Articulate Storyline Camtasia Adobe InDesign and Canva).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Individual Insurance digital tools and Vitality program.

  • Ability to diagnose and recommend training solutions based on business objectives and initiatives.

  • Familiarity with Adult Education Learning principles.

  • Demonstrated ability to coach learners through their learning journey to overcome any unique challenges or obstacles that arise.

  • Demonstrated consistent use of good judgment and professionalism when dealing with sensitive confidential matters.

  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.

  • Adaptability: Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced evolving environment.

  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Salary range is expected to be between

$51375.00 CAD - $85625.00 CAD
