Tasks
- Manage and maintain the companys IT infrastructure including servers networks and hardware.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to staff for software and hardware issues.
- Implement cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems from potential threats.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for the procurement and maintenance of IT equipment and services.
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role within the apparel manufacturing industry.
- Proficiency in network management cybersecurity protocols and IT infrastructure maintenance.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
