Key Responsibilities:
1. Partner Sourcing:
- Identifying potential delivery partners in targeted regions to expand network coverage.
- Evaluating prospective partners based on operational capabilities geographic reach and fleet capacity.
2. Onboarding Execution:
- Overseeing the onboarding process for new partners including document collection contract finalization and system training.
- Ensuring partners are well-trained on the companys processes technology platforms and performance expectations.
3. Market Research:
- Conducting local market research to identify underserved areas and suitable partner candidates.
- Staying updated on competitor activities and partner offerings in the logistics sector.
4. Reporting & Metrics:
- Tracking acquisition KPIs such as the number of partners onboarded and onboarding cycle time.
- Providing regular updates to the Partnership Manager and contributing to strategy refinement.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelors degree in Business Logistics or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years of experience in partner acquisition business development or logistics operations.
- Strong communication organizational and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Thailands logistics market and last-mile delivery operations.
