Job Description

Job Title: Independent Recruitment Partner

Location: USA/Canada (Remote)
Engagement Type: Contract / Success-Based (Per Hire Closure)

About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Independent Recruitment Partner to support our talent acquisition efforts across diverse industries in the USA and Canada. This is a remote contract-based opportunity ideal for experienced recruiters who thrive in a performance-driven environment and prefer flexible independent work.

You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to successful placement. Compensation is provided on a success-fee basis with competitive payouts per closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing screening and coordinating interviews.

  • Identify and engage top talent using a variety of sourcing strategies (job boards LinkedIn networking etc.).

  • Collaborate closely with hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.

  • Present shortlists of qualified candidates and support interview scheduling.

  • Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and provide regular updates.

  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.

  • Stay informed about market trends talent pools and industry best practices.

  • Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.

Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).

  • Proven success in placing candidates across industries (e.g. IT healthcare finance etc.).

  • Strong sourcing and headhunting skills including outreach to passive candidates.

  • Excellent communication relationship-building and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast-paced remote environment.

  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g. ATS LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed etc.).

  • Highly organized proactive and outcome-focused.

  • Based in the USA or Canada (or with experience recruiting in these markets).

  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
