We are seeking a results-driven Independent Recruitment Partner to support our talent acquisition efforts across diverse industries in the USA and Canada. This is a remote contract-based opportunity ideal for experienced recruiters who thrive in a performance-driven environment and prefer flexible independent work.
You will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to successful placement. Compensation is provided on a success-fee basis with competitive payouts per closure.
Key Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing screening and coordinating interviews.
Identify and engage top talent using a variety of sourcing strategies (job boards LinkedIn networking etc.).
Collaborate closely with hiring stakeholders to understand role requirements and candidate profiles.
Present shortlists of qualified candidates and support interview scheduling.
Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines and provide regular updates.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Stay informed about market trends talent pools and industry best practices.
Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (agency or in-house).
Proven success in placing candidates across industries (e.g. IT healthcare finance etc.).
Strong sourcing and headhunting skills including outreach to passive candidates.
Excellent communication relationship-building and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple roles independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Proficiency with recruitment tools and platforms (e.g. ATS LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed etc.).
Highly organized proactive and outcome-focused.
Based in the USA or Canada (or with experience recruiting in these markets).
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
