Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Lead the development and implementation of financial models forecasts and budget plans. Provide variance analysis to assess performance against budget and prior periods.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Prepare and present timely accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Strategic Financial Advice:
- Work closely with senior management to provide strategic financial advice identifying opportunities for cost optimization revenue growth and operational efficiency.
Team Leadership & Development:
- Lead mentor and manage a team of financial analysts ensuring high-quality deliverables and continuous professional development.
Cash Flow Management:
- Oversee cash flow forecasts and monitor the companys liquidity position. Manage working capital effectively to optimize cash usage.
Risk Management:
- Identify financial risks and propose mitigation strategies. Ensure appropriate financial controls are in place.
Mergers & Acquisitions Support:
- Provide financial analysis and due diligence support for mergers acquisitions and other strategic transactions.
Process Improvement:
- Drive improvements in financial processes automation and reporting systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle); familiarity with accounting software and business intelligence tools.
- Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams. Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex financial data and present actionable insights.
- Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy and maintain data integrity.
