You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Sales & Client Relationship Management team at Marsh Specialty (Construction Power Energy product)
This role will be based in Thailand. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the ideal candidate will serve as first point of contact for day-to-day communication with numerous and/or complex accounts follows up on correspondences and manages/maintains communications.
We will count on you to:
Develop a deep understanding of client construction projects industry trends and risk profiles through research benchmarking and risk mapping.
Drive new business development and maintain existing client relationships within the construction power & energy sector aiming to meet and exceed revenue targets.
Support senior colleagues by assisting with deal processes proposal preparation and client presentations specific to construction insurance.
Manage day-to-day accounting activities including billing coordinating timelines and liaising with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and compliance.
Address client concerns and resolve issues promptly escalating complex matters to senior colleagues as needed.
Gather client feedback on satisfaction and retention providing insights and suggestions to improve service delivery.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders in the construction industry and related professional networks.
Stay informed on construction industry trends insurance market developments and company service offerings to enhance client engagement and sales efforts.
Represent the company at industry events conferences and professional organizations related to construction and insurance.
What you need to have:
Bachelors degree in Business and/or Insurance or a related field Certificate in Insurance
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in General Insurance General Insurance Business Development and Insurance Client Service Underwriting and/or Claim management. Knowledge of insurance products such as CAR/DSU Project Cargo and Single Project Professional Indemnity is preferred but not mandatory.
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving business growth.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze complex information and develop strategic solutions.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Engineering background is preferred but not mandatory
