Job Summary

You are responsible for planning and coordinating orders in the hardware lifecycle environment.
You monitor order-related ticket queues and ensure proper ticket routing and completion.
Additionally you schedule existing orders in the customer system and qualify/adjust the orders/tickets accordingly.

Your skills More than interesting:

Technical background understands the lifecycle of a request or incident within the IT environment preferably in order management.
Initial experience with ITSM tools and solid knowledge of SAP as well as working with service knowledge management and knowledge management tools.
We especially appreciate your communication skills and your willingness to engage deeply with customer challenges.
You bring solid experience sensitivity and soft skills for dealing with customers.
