- You monitor order-related ticket queues and ensure proper ticket routing and completion.
- Additionally you schedule existing orders in the customer system and qualify/adjust the orders/tickets accordingly.
Your skills More than interesting:
- Technical background understands the lifecycle of a request or incident within the IT environment preferably in order management.
- Initial experience with ITSM tools and solid knowledge of SAP as well as working with service knowledge management and knowledge management tools.
- We especially appreciate your communication skills and your willingness to engage deeply with customer challenges.
- You bring solid experience sensitivity and soft skills for dealing with customers.
