Workplace IT Advisor (mfd)

You will join our growing IT Workplace team to support Prague tech hub expansion as well as our existing Berlin office in all infrastructure software hardware and networking matters. You main scope will be:

• Liaising with external suppliers and allocation appropriate resources to the Workplace IT team
• Developing new network troubleshooting strategies to help reduce downtime and decrease maintenance costs
• Creating rational strategies for upgrading the companys network and software whenever a new update is available
• Constructing and implementing plans to ensure the companys network and software continues to operate smoothly in the event of a problem
• Staying up to date with new technology and reporting this information to the relevant team
• Working closely with other department Managers to assess the growth needs and maintenance of the companys network and software
• Engaging with stakeholders as required on IT matters to ensure needs are understood and appropriately addressed with viable long-term solutions;
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to direct reports and support their personal development;
• Act as trusted subject-matter expert on system-related questions to stakeholders offering support and pragmatic solutions

Qualifications :

• Experience with cloud services (GCP is a plus)
• Proven experience managing identity and access management (IAM) solutions e.g. Google Workspace Microsoft Entra Atlassian etc.
• Familiarity with network administration and security protocols (e.g. switches APs firewalls and VPNs)
• Managing / using linux machines
• Devops technologies (Cloud Docker Jenkins Git) 
• Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software
• Experience with IT operations processes related to compliance (e.g. GDPR ISO/IEC 27001) asset management endpoint security and on/offboarding
• Self Organized
• Solution oriented
• Ownership and active participation in team ceremonies
• Fully professional English Czech is a plus
