DescriptionWhat Youll Do
- Be a member a world class Site Reliability team staffed with top notch engineers with expertise in monitoring backups infrastructure systems architecture including mean time to resolution of any and all disruptions and next level insights and troubleshooting of products and services at runtime.
- On daily basis work with SRE engineers to resolve site incidents on various levels of infrastructure
- Be on top of high impacting incidents drive incident resolution help to coordinate work escalate when necessary
- Perform regular evaluation of Incident team metrics as Response time Resolution time etc.
- Work with monitoring and analytic tools like Kibana Prometheus to resolve incidents and identify problems
- Continuously contribute to improving of Incident and Problem management process
- Cooperate with multiple teams to build systems and services that improve operational efficiency drive reliability scalability resilience security and performance across Oracle NSGBU product.
ResponsibilitiesWork with a world class team to develop implement and support cutting edge Oracle technology.
Manages a team maintaining and/or implementing software project(s) and/or internal systems. Defines documents and manages scope expectations implementation approach deliverables and acceptance testing criteria.
Leads a specialized area which may have diverse functional elements. Frequently interacts with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management. Demonstrated leadership skills. Detailed knowledge of several applications within a business area needed. BA/BS degree and relevant experience.
