We have an exciting opportunity for an experiencedFinance Coordinatorto join our Finance team. We are seeking someone with a high degree of attention to detail who possesses a collaborative can-do attitude and thrives in a team environment.
Reporting to the Finance Manager the Finance Coordinator will contribute to:
End-to-end payroll processes.
Sales invoicing.
Supporting Accounts Payable and general finance duties.
Key Selection Criteria:
Proven experience in end-to-end payroll processing and a commitment to providing high standards of service.
Strong understanding of employee entitlements legislation and payroll compliance.
Accurate numerical and data entry skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve financial discrepancies and manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in financial software and the ability to improve financial processes to drive efficiency.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to concisely communicate financial information to various stakeholders.
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Suite databases with strong computer literacy.
Knowledge of the Social Community Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award (SCHADS) is highly regarded.
You Will Need:
Minimum 2 years experience in finance or business-related discipline.
Tertiary qualification in financial services business or office related discipline or working towards.
Current Victorian Drivers Licence (desired)
NDIS Workers Screening Check
NDIS Workers Orientation Module Quality Safety and You
Working with Childrens Check
International Police Check (if applicable)
This position is paid under the SCHADS Award. Salary Packaging of up to $15900 available including meals and entertainment benefits as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program.
