Key Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the daily operations of the Accounts Payable processing team to ensure flawless execution of cots allocation and on-time payment of supplier invoices for numerous Global Business locations.
- Ensure all processes are aligned with company policies and regulatory requirements by accurate and timely upload of financial data per agreed SLA
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the ontime processing and payment of the assigned documents.
- Independently resolve queries; handles communication and participates in ad-hoc projects.
- Find opportunities to compete with outstanding standards and improve efficiency. Prepare and review upload templates and interface mappings to determine areas for improvement and successfully implement enhancements.
Requirements
- Background: Bachelor degree in Finance Accounting or proven experience of 2 years in a relevant financial role.
- Skills: Strong analytical skills attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Software Experience with ERP systems along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. MS Excel and Plower Platforms (Power Apps/Power Automate) required for analyzing and uploading large data sets on daily basis.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in English and Bulgarian.
