About the Role:

The information Security and Compliance team is looking for a Sr. Specialist Information Security Compliance (Business Information Security Expert) to join the team and drive the implementation and continuous improvement of information security compliance initiatives across the organization. This role ensures alignment with global regulatory frameworks and internal policies while proactively managing risk and audit readiness.



Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop implement and monitor security compliance initiatives aligned with HIPAA SOX NIST CSA and other frameworks.

  • Ensure adherence to internal Information Security Compliance policies and procedures.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and evidence for audits and regulatory inspections.

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of risk assessmentsfrom identification to mitigation tracking.

  • Coordinate internal and external audits ensuring timely and accurate responses to findings.

  • Create and maintain risk registers and dashboards for leadership visibility.

  • Advise on security controls for firewalls network segmentation Windows systems SCCM Active Directory and vulnerability management.

  • Collaborate with IT infrastructure and endpoint teams to ensure secure setups and patch compliance.

  • Define KPIs lead gap/vulnerability forums and recommend enhancement of compliance monitoring tools and processes.

  • Act as a trusted advisor lead training sessions and represent the function in governance and risk forums.

Essential Requirements:

  • 8 years of experience in Information Security Compliance Risk Management or related domains with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and audit programs in complex enterprise environments.

  • Proven experience in Information Security Compliance Risk Management and Audit Readiness.

  • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks: HIPAA SOX NIST CSA.

  • Strong technical knowledge of firewalls networks SCCM Windows systems and Active Directory.

  • Hands-on experience with vulnerability management processes.

  • Excellent communication (English nbtoh written and spoken) and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.

  • High integrity and commitment to compliance excellence.

Desirable skills:

  • Experience in a regulated industry (e.g. pharma healthcare finance).

  • Familiarity with ISRM tools and GRC platforms.

  • Certifications such as CISA CISM CISSP or CRISC.
