Job Description
We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a worlds leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets Portugal included. You will be singing the contract directly with the Portuguese employer.

The project:
You will be supporting a financial technology company that provides payment solutions and services for businesses particularly in the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector. It offers tools like point-of-sale systems payment processing and other financial services to help businesses manage transactions efficiently. The company aims to simplify payments and support business growth through its innovative technology.
Your Responsibilities:
- Engaging potential accounts by calling leads provided by the client.
- Employing negotiation skills to close agreements and onboard new clients.
- Managing each sales opportunity with unwavering persistence and focus on closing sales.
- Adapting and innovating work processes finding the most effective paths to seal deals.
To succeed in this role you will need:
- Fluency inPortuguese language (must be at least C1-C2)
- Communicative level ofEnglish language(at least B2)
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales
- You live in Lisbon or you are ready to relocate
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
What you will gain:
- Base salary: 1162 gross per month
- You will also receive payment for completing the training

- The first contract for 12 months It is possible to sign a permanent one after 2 years (or renewing the previous one)
