Norfolk County Council is proud to be delivering the Connect to Work initiative in partnership with the Department for Work and Pensions. The programme supports individuals particularly those with disabilities health conditions learning disabilities ex-offenders autistic people and care leavers into or to maintain paid employment.
Were expanding our Local Supported Employment Team and are looking for passionate driven individuals to join us in delivering high-quality person-centred employment support under the Supported Employment Quality Framework (SEQF).
Youll work directly with participants to support their journey into employment. Using a strengths-based approach and the 5-stage model youll provide tailored coaching advocacy and in-work support to help individuals thrive in the workplace.
You will contribute to shaping team working practices and collaborate closely with colleagues to develop a strong and positive service offer.
We are a countywide team with Norwich as our base for team meetings and collaboration with colleagues. We operate as a hybrid service and actively encourage teams and individuals to meet regularly in our hybrid-friendly office spaces. Apply now and be the difference in someones employment journey.
