Job Description

Customer Service Representative / Virtual Assistant

Location: Remote LATAM or Philippines preferred
Compensation: ($9600 - 12000/annum) Benefits & Paid Time Off
Industry: Printing & E-Commerce
Schedule: Full-time MondayFriday 8:00 AM5:00 PM EST or PST

About the Role

Were looking for a resourceful customer-focused Customer Service Representative / VA to join our fast-growing remote operations team. Youll be the first point of contact for customers handling orders answering questions and making sure every interaction leaves them impressed.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment can work both collaboratively and independently and stays cool under pressure. Adaptability and agility are key youll often need to switch gears quickly think on your feet and find solutions without hand-holding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide friendly efficient support via phone email and chat ensuring customers have an outstanding experience.
  • Educate customers on our products services and online ordering tools.
  • Process new and existing orders accurately in our CRM routing them to the right departments.
  • Document all customer interactions thoroughly for complete account histories.
  • Resolve concerns quickly and professionally always aiming for a positive outcome.
  • Share customer feedback with leadership for product and process improvements.
  • Handle complex requests with empathy patience and professionalism.
  • Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for both new and returning customers.

What Were Looking For

  • 2 years in a busy office retail or call center environment (printing wide format or graphic design experience is a plus).
  • Strong typing speed (40 WPM) with accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented organized and able to follow tasks through to completion.
  • Able to juggle multiple tasks without losing focus or quality.
  • Strong active listening and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable using multiple software tools CRMs and communication platforms.
  • Proactive dependable and capable of working independently when needed.
  • Willingness to use company-approved productivity tools Hubstaff to support team coordination and transparency.
