College Intern - New Product Introduction Engineer

Description -

What a College Intern - New Product Introduction Engineer does at HP:

Support new product introduction (NPI) by developing comprehensive test plans and executing product reliability validation prior to launch.
Employ a variety of test equipment and software tools to conduct functional environmental and stress testing to ensure conformity to requirements.
Collaborate closely with R&D and manufacturing teams to identify and resolve potential issues early in the product lifecycle.
Utilize CAD software and other design tools to develop mechanical systems and tooling components that meet performance and quality standards.
Analyze end-to-end process efficiency and propose improvements for optimization leveraging data-driven insights and problem-solving skills.

Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Electrical Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.
Able to commit for a 5-6 months full-time internship starting in May 2026.
Data driven with proven analytical thinking & problem-solving capabilities.
Able to grasp new technologies and concepts quickly.
Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive independent & highly motivated.
