Join our team as a Sales & Installation Consultant Where Design Meets Delivery
Are you passionate about interiors and driven by delivering a great client experience Santa Fe Shutters is looking for a Sales & Installation Consultant to join our team. Youll work directly with homeowners designers and builders to sell and install New Zealands most customisable range of shutters and blinds.
This is a full-time salaried role with commission and performance incentives perfect for someone who enjoys autonomy client interaction and seeing a job through from consultation to completion.

What We Offer:
Base Salary: A competitive base salary
Commission: A % of total sale value (terms apply per quote structure)
Fitting Fee: A per blind/shutter panel installed per our installation schedule
Company Vehicle: Supplied for work use
Work Tools: Phone laptop and required tools provided
Ongoing Training: Product and system training delivered internally with a 6 week training program
Travel & Expenses: Overnight accommodation and job-related travel expenses are covered per company policy
