Summary of Role:
Drive negotiations and the contracting process including execution and post-execution management of new technology agreements in areas related to semiconductor manufacturing process technology EDA and design IP and product design; provide advice related to the above.
The role exists within the IP Legal and Technology Agreements group reporting to the Principal Lead Technology Agreements.

Prior experience in drafting and negotiating technology agreements (e.g. technology in-licenses out-licenses development agreements).
Expected Salary Range
$83100.00 - $147800.00The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications experience and location.
