As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager youll play a critical role in shaping and executing our customer engagement strategy. This role is all about creating impact. Youll be responsible for maximising customer value driving retention and unlocking growth opportunities through targeted uplift strategies. By blending data-driven insights with seamless personalised customer experiences across channels youll help us reimagine lifecycle marketing at scale.

- Maximise customer value by driving retention ARPU growth and upsell through data-informed lifecycle strategies.
- Leverage analyticsto guide base management decisions and uncover new opportunities for value creation and deeper engagement.
- Deliver targeted campaigns that enhance loyalty using segmentation behavioural data and personalisation techniques.
- Keep a pulse on the market tracking competitor moves and emerging trends to ensure our strategies remain relevant and customer-first.
- Experiment with new tech including AI tools to elevate campaign targeting messaging and reach.
- Design and execute omnichannel campaigns using hyper-personalisation and contextual marketing methods to boost impact.
- Collaborate cross-functionallywith teams such as Product Marketing Sales and Analytics to develop automated engagement flows driven by predictive models and customer behavioursOwn campaign deliveryfrom timeline management to execution and trackingto ensure timely and seamless rollout.
- Measure what matters reporting campaign performance against KPIs and translating insights into continuous improvement.
Skills for Success
- Degree in Marketing / Business Management / Economics
- At least 5 years of experience in Customer Lifecycle Marketing/ Marketing/ Business Analyst CRM. Bonus if have experience working in a telco environment
- Familiar with Marketing automation tools and/or CRM platforms
- Familiar with MarTech solutions e.g. Oracle Marketing Cloud Salesforce
- Proficient in using Power BI Excel
- Experienced in conducting market research and statistics
- Possesses a curious mindset and is a data-driven thinker
- Resilience & agility comfortable with ambiguity adapt quickly to market changes and continuously refine strategies to stay competitive.
- Self-starter able to work in a fast-paced high-pressure atmosphere with strong collaboration stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Results oriented creative and dare to propose new solutions.
