What Youll Responsible For:
Advisory role
Advise both finance department and business leadership through research analysis and experience to develop business and financial recommendations.
Profit-motivated to provide in-depth analysis and assist leadership in key financial decisions.
Work with finance department to oversee outsourced accounting functions in the Management Centers.
Financial Controlling and Analysis
Generate regular business and financial analysis to identify and manage risks that supports continuous business growth and contributes to long-term plans.
Ensure that the budget is properly administered including profitability analysis and rolling forecast to be presented to the finance team and CFO for key decisions.
Engagement with Business and vessel operation in order to assess the liquidity implications of their business activities
Be a process and risk champion to review business and financial operating processes recommend alternative practices and processes. Drive positive change in process and procedure for better operational efficiency and quality.
Collaborate with Finance Operation in the Management Center and also WWH Reporting & Control and Finance Shared Service Centre for governance of corporate compliance policy/guidelines corporate secretarial practices etc. Advise finance team and CFO on matters of financial compliance and governance.
Support with ad-hoc tasks.
What Experience and Skills Required:
Possessed a bachelors degree in business administration/Finance/Economics.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in related field.
A team player with the capability to work independently when needed. Good written and spoken English is a must.
Proficient in MS office applications especially MS Excel
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Possess good business acumen.
Proficiency with financial software packages (SAP) MS office and BI tools (Tableau and/or Power BI) will be a good advantage.
