Inside Sales Fitness D1 Training Bryant
- Make 100 outbound calls daily to new leads (Facebook web referrals)
- Follow up with leads via calls texts and DMs until they schedule
- Confirm all appointments to maximize show rates
- Hit weekly and monthly KPI targets (Schedule % Show %)
- Collaborate with the GM to hand off scheduled appointments for closing
- Track results daily on the recruiter scoreboard
- High-energy competitive personality who loves quotas
- Confident communicator with thick skin rejection doesnt slow you down
- Organized and relentless with follow-up
- Sales experience preferred but grit and drive matter most
- Base: $30000
- Weekly Bonuses: up to $7200/year
- Team Bonus: $2400/year
