Requirements
To qualify for a remote position candidates must have prior experience working with a State Farm Agent.

- Active Property & Casualty License
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for effective sales administration.
- Proficiency in State Farm systems including NECHO SFPP and ECRM
- Strong understanding of State Farm processes and workflows
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards
Responsibilities
- Build new client relationships and provide exceptional support to existing clients
- Educate customers on insurance products and help determine the best coverage for their needs
- Generate leads through referrals outreach and warm lead follow-up
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance solutions to maximize customer protection
- Help customers protect their families property and financial well-being
- Stay informed on industry trends underwriting guidelines and regulatory changes
