Job Description & Summary

At PwC our people in property management focus on providing strategic advice and solutions for clients in the real estate industry helping them optimise their property portfolios and maximise returns. These individuals handle property acquisitions leasing asset management and development projects.

In facilities and infrastructure management at PwC you will focus on creating and maintaining efficient and effective operations of physical workspaces including maintenance security and space planning. You will play a crucial role in creating a comfortable and productive environment for employees and clients.

General Responsibilities

  • Respond to user requests professionally and follow up when details are unclear.

  • Maintain good communication and service quality with users.

  • Support the team and Supervisor as needed including monthly reporting.

  • Maintain database reports aligned with QMP targets.

  • Liaise with GTS for database-related issues.

Mail Centre Management

  • Register and sort incoming mail by sender (e.g. bank government client).

  • Confirm and update the status when users collect incoming mail at IMC.

  • Check address completeness before sending outgoing mail.

  • Process outgoing mail via courier platforms.

  • Upload and update outgoing mail records in the MCM system.

  • Track and ensure completion of delivery processes.

Printshop

  • Handle and process print requests with confidentiality and accuracy.

  • Ensure print outputs meet user specifications and quality standards.

  • Maintain printshop equipment and coordinate with vendors for supplies and maintenance.

  • Record and report printshop usage as needed.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma degree in Administration or related fields

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; advanced skills in Excel are preferred

  • Good command of English both spoken and written

  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent correspondence abilities

  • Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines

  • Proactive personality with a strong customer service orientation

  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision
