Were looking for aCorporate Affairs Senior Managerto lead our external engagement strategy and elevate INGs voice in Australia. This is your opportunity to make a real impacton our business our customers and the way Australians bank.
As our Corporate Affairs Senior Manager youll be the driving force behind INGs relationships with government media and industry stakeholders. Youll influence public policy manage reputation and ensure our messaging is aligned and impactful across the business.
This is a strategic hands-on role where youll serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership collaborate closely with teams across Legal Risk ESG and Marketing and represent ING as a visible and credible voice in the public sphere.
What youll do
- Lead INGs external engagement with government media and industry bodies.
- Shape and execute strategies that influence public policy and enhance our reputation.
- Manage crisis communications and reputation risk.
- Craft compelling submissions briefings and messaging for senior stakeholders.
- Collaborate across Legal Risk ESG and Marketing to ensure alignment.
- Represent ING at key forums and build strong external relationships.

- Proven experience in government relations public affairs or external communications.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and policy insight.
- Exceptional communicatorconfident clear and persuasive.
- Skilled at navigating complex stakeholder environments.
- Agile proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced setting.
- Professional politically neutral and credible at all levels.
