Drive seamless client integration and compliance as an Onboarding Specialist for a growing fintech company.

Role Overview
As an Onboarding Specialist, you will manage the complete client underwriting and onboarding process. Your role is essential in gathering necessary documentation and ensuring compliance while interacting with banks and payment service providers (PSPs).
Key Responsibilities
- Execute the full client underwriting and onboarding process.
- Gather necessary information and documentation to meet compliance requirements.
- Interact with banks and PSPs, ensuring accurate and timely responses to inquiries.
- Prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Take initiative in improving onboarding processes.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Russian and English for both written and verbal communication.
- Previous experience in fintech or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to take initiative and drive process improvements.
- Experience in a similar role is preferred; training will be provided.
