Promo and promo campaign planning & proposal
Production
Creative and ArtisticconceptualizationSSmail& other promo design templates
Effective Communications Internal and external launches promo communicationsmechanicsand content management
Provides regular andtimelyanalysis ofreportsforecasts recommendations & updates to institutionalizedpromotions
Independent &Productive internal collaboration with stakeholders
Trade & competitive information
Administrative Functions
Ensurestimelyexecution ofmailing blast messaging and distribution / communication of mailers to concerneddepartments
Coordinates with Admin Department on matters related to service providers &procurement
Ensures cost efficiency and good management of budget vsexpenses
Ensuresready responseto inputs and comments beyond a regular work schedule plus assignment to work on projectteams
Ensures documentation compliance for all programs whereneeded
Quality Control Functions
Ensures accuracy of information and of creative execution in all communications & reports:
Print & digital materials (SSMail Viber/message blasts emailsetc)
Ads posted on Facebook and website
Colors
Holds all informationabsolutelyconfidential
Research
Does routine customer/sales surveys forresearchesas dictated by the needs of the department
