Job Summary
This is a remote position.
Our client is a thriving car detailing business in Wellington that has mastered digital marketing generating 1015 qualified leads daily through Facebook Instagram and Google ads. Known for their premium detailing packages (up to $1000) theyve built a strong reputation for exceptional service and results.
Youll be the first point of contact for warm leads people whove already expressed interest in premium detailing services. This is not cold calling. Your role is to build trust understand customer needs and guide them toward booking their vehicle detailing appointments.
Responsibilities
Convert 1015 warm leads per day into booked appointments
Build rapport and trust with prospects through professional friendly phone conversations
Pre-qualify potential clients and understand their detailing needs
Present service options and pricing in a consultative relationship-focused way
Schedule and coordinate appointments with the detailing team
Follow up with undecided prospects to close opportunities
Keep detailed records of lead interactions and conversions
Collaborate with the business owner to improve sales and conversion processes
Requirements
Excellent phone communication skills with a warm professional tone
Natural ability to connect and build rapport quickly
Experience in appointment setting customer service or sales
Comfortable discussing premium high-value services ($1000 packages)
Strong organization and follow-up skills
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for calls
Bonus: Experience in automotive detailing or service-based industries
Preferred: Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools
