Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for achieving the branchs profitability targets.
  • Build and maintain a predetermined regional network including generating leads for partnerships and SME financing qualifying leads and retaining and expanding existing relationships.
  • Identify business opportunities and develop promotional activities to increase sales.
  • Assume a leadership role monitor daily activities provide go-to-market strategies and ensure their execution.
  • Regularly evaluate the performance of all sales credit and collection activities.

Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) or Commercial Banking specifically in branch management.
  • Proven expertise in overseeing and managing sales credit and collection functions within a banking environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing supply chain business operations is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards in all professional dealings.
  • Extensive and well-established network within the region.
