What Youll Do
- Drive Market Expansion: Identify and prospect potential clients through diverse channelsincluding cold calls industry exhibitions strategic networking and meetingsto develop new business opportunities in your assigned territory.
- Build Key Client Relationships: Establish and nurture productive partnerships with existing key accounts designing and selling mutually beneficial business plans to ensure long-term growth.
- Enhance Account Satisfaction: Strengthen client retention and expand deal pipelines through effective account management and seamless implementation of solutions.
- Deliver Solution-Oriented Presentations: Lead meetings to present goFLUENT language learning solutions aligning them with client needs to drive decision-making.
- Leverage Data for Strategy: Analyze sales and metrics data to continuously refine territory strategy and maximize performance.
- Ensure Accurate Reporting: Maintain precise sales reports forecasts and up-to-date client information in Salesforce on a daily weekly and monthly basis.
What Youll Need
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B solution sales; experience within the e-learning or corporate training sector is a strong advantage.
- A proven hunter mindset ambitious and driven to prospect and close new business.
- Expertise in outbound prospecting including strong cold calling and telecommunication skills.
- Native proficiency in Indonesian; professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using Salesforce or another CRM to manage pipelines and accurately report on sales activities; Skilled with Google Workspace tools (e.g. Sheets Docs Gmail).
- Actively engaged on professional social media particularly LinkedIn for networking and lead generation.
- Personable proactive hard-working and easily adaptable to a dynamic environment.
