What Your Journey Will Look Like (Responsibilities)
- Design build and maintain automated test scripts formobile applications using Appiumandweb platforms using Selenium.
- Contribute to building robust and scalable automation frameworks for both mobile and web contexts.
- Execute regression test suites across different devices browsers and screen resolutions.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for reliable and continuous validation.
- Conduct performance testing usingJMeter analyzing results and identifying bottlenecks.
- Review test scripts from other team members and provide constructive feedback.
- Investigate and report issues with detailed context collaborating with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and propose testing improvements.
- Coordinate with QA and DevOps teams to enhance test stability coverage and observability.
- Communicate clearly in English with distributed teams and contribute to documentation.
What To Pack For This Trip (Qualifications)
- Bachelors degree in Systems Engineering or related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 years of hands-on experience with Appiumfor mobile test automation (Android and/or iOS).
- 1 years of hands-on experience with Seleniumfor web test automation.
- Solid experience withJMeterfor performance and load testing.
- Working knowledge of at least one programming language (Python Java or JavaScript preferred).
- Experience with Git and CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions Jenkins or GitLab.
- Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman or REST Assured.
- Experience reviewing test scripts and giving constructive technical feedback.
- B2 or higher English level able to communicate effectively in technical discussions.
Optional Carry-On (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with mobile device farms (e.g. BrowserStack SauceLabs Firebase Test Lab).
- Basic understanding of Docker Kubernetes or cloud-based testing environments.
- Familiarity with performance analysis and reporting best practices.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Certifications in Appium Selenium or Agile Testing are a plus.
