PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain accurate records of goods equipment and materials that are coming in and going out of
storage.
Assist in picking items for orders and preparing them for shipment.
Check products for damages or discrepancies during receiving and shipping processes.
Assist with arranging for the transportation of goods ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Work closely with other departments such as Customer Service Sales and Transport to ensure thesmooth flow of operations
KEY PERFORMANCE MEASURES
Assist LCL department to reduce costs by up to 20%
Support the team delivering a smooth and effective logistic operations day to day business.
Deliver a high standard of work to both internal and external clients
SKILLS ESSENTIAL TO THE JOB
Technical
Forklift License
Good working knowledge
Ability to liaise with people
