Job Summary
Position Requirements:
At least 10 years experience working in Marine travel sector
Must have had solid experience in the transfer of knowledge while in the most recent position held
Minimum 5 years training experience in Marine travel is preferable but not required
Excellent organizational and analytical ability for process mapping and thinking out-of-the-box for new and better ways of doing business
Knowledgeable with project management methodologies
Demonstrate pro-active and can do solution driven approach
Display initiative and ownership
Capable of making sound judgments
Rigorous well organized and self-motivated
Conducts Training and Conducts Root Cause Analysis
Analyze design and deliver training plans to equip travel consultants and team leaders with skills and knowledge to better utilize both CWT and third party applications both current and future
Design and deliver training plans to equip travel consultants and team leaders with knowledge and skills to continuously delight our customers on all service points including telephone and email communication internal team work and customer support as well as general product faring and industry knowledge
Ensure refresher courses are conducted and take remedial action with individuals when necessary
