Job Summary
Work Setup: Onsite (Cebu)
Function: Training
Required Educational Attainment:
- With minimum of 2 years of College Education (no back subjects)
Required Experience:
- At least 1 year experience as a Process Trainer plus 2 years Retirement Services (required) preferably retirement services in the same role
Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Conduct new-hire training (nesting) refresher training and process updates.
- Content Development: Create update and maintain training materials SOPs and quizzes based on evolving processes.
- Performance Evaluation: Monitor trainee performance provide feedback and report on training effectiveness (KPIs) to operations.
- Quality Assurance: Participate in calibrations and audits to ensure training aligns with quality standards.
- Mentorship: Guide employees through processes to ensure accuracy and reduce errors (e.g. in BPO or technical roles).
