Job Description
ALBS is an Air Liquide entity in Kuala Lumpur regrouping for the APAC scope its Business Service Centers (Kuala Lumpur and Shanghai) as well as the two Global Functions (IT Digital and Procurement). Responsible for the management & improvement of all production & supply chain planning activities.
The Planner is responsible to orchestrate an optimized production planning that is reliable cost efficient aligned with relevant stakeholders and realized in a seamless manner.
In these activities the Planner is expected to deliver short and long term planning optimization studies of the production & supply chain.
How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Act as the focal point for all supply chain planning and optimization related matters:
Short and long term planning and analysis
Lead the relevant workflows and coordinate with all the stake holder for the execution of the planning
Participate and lead in regular planning and governance meetings with senior stakeholders
Perform techno-economic analysis related to planning & optimization
Run and maintain the models and advanced tools
Are you a MATCH
The successful candidate should have advanced education in engineering and preferably above 3 years of experience (>5 years for Senior) in plant operation or production planning. This background should enable her/him to optimize the planning activity on a pool of Air Separation Units located in different countries. The candidate should also be in charge of coordinating a number of associated workflows. As our goal is to leverage digital tools to build data driven production planning it is key that the successful candidate is keen to cope with the digital tools.
Due to the multiple stakeholders that the candidate will deal with excellent communication skills high autonomy and ability to learn fast will be a key success factor.
Considering the candidates will coordinate in emergent situations at different timing flexibility and resilience are key to success criteria.
The candidate will strive for continuous improvement to streamline Non-Value Added tasks and standardize our workflow throughout our geographies.
