Job Description


Our client is a sizable firm that focuses in innovation and technology.

Senior Officer Corporate Secretariat

Responsibilities:
  • Organize and prepare Board/Committee meetings including the coordination of date and time of meetings with all relevant Board members.
  • Draft meeting agenda papers minutes and resolutions.
  • Assist in the processing and settlement of legal and secretariat services bills.
  • Update and maintain statutory filings and corporate records of HKSTP subsidiary companies.
  • Handle and address enquiries from colleagues regarding corporate secretariat matters.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Language Accounting Law Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years experience in the aforementioned responsibilities will be given priority consideration.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Good analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Well-organized and self-motivated.
  • Excellent skills in MS Word and PowerPoint.
