Job Description
Automotive Warranty Administrator
Brooksville Ford a leading dealership in the Tampa Bay area is seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our team. This critical role ensures accurate processing of both manufacturer and extended warranty claims and supports our award-winning service department.
What Youll Do
Process all warranty claims according to Ford and Lincoln factory guidelines
- Process extended service contract claims according to guidelines
Maintain records of all claims authorizations and payment schedule reconciliation
Communicate with service advisors technicians and manufacturer reps to resolve discrepancies
Ensure compliance with factory policies and dealership procedures
Provide reporting to management on claim status and warranty receivables
What Were Looking For
Minimum 3years warranty administration experiencein an automotive dealership service department
Strong knowledge ofFord warranty procedurespreferred
High attention to detail accuracy and organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills with both technicians and management
