Are you a strategic relationship builder with a passion for driving growth in the pharmaceutical industry Were seeking a dynamic Regional Partnership/Alliance Lead to champion a key client relationship transforming business challenges into strategic successes across multiple markets.
What Youll Do:
Own the Relationship: Be the primary point of contact fostering a robust partnership between DKSH and our client coordinating across countries and functions.
Drive Strategy & Growth: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for our cardiovascular portfolio maximizing revenue patient access and successful new product launches.
Lead & Optimize: Monitor performance drive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) to optimize forecasting and lead impactful business reviews with senior leadership.
Influence & Collaborate: Shape discussions build consensus and proactively share best practices in a complex matrix environment.
What Were Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a robust understanding of commercial operations and brand/strategic planning.
Exceptional communication and analytical skills comfortable engaging with all levels of management in multicultural settings.
A proactive resilient and agile leader who thrives on collaboration manages ambiguity and drives results with a growth mindset.
Bachelors degree in Business Management or Science.
