Job Summary

Regional Sales Specialist Lead

(internal : Customer Solution Lead)
Work Location : Singapore
Coverage : Asia Pacific

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cloud Data & Hyperautomation Solution Consultant to support the growth of our Digital Transformation Department in Singapore. You will play a key role in understanding clients business goals leading technical teams to design custom solutions using Cloud Data AI and Hyper-automation technologies and ensuring successful project delivery. This role requires expertise in these technologies combined with strong consulting and communication skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with Account Managers to understand customer needs create proposals and follow opportunities through to completion.
Participate in technical and business discussions with customers and partners to define the best solutions for their challenges.
Develop strategies to engage with customers and solve their specific business problems.
Act as a bridge between customers and our Cloud Data AI and Hyper-automation services to meet technical requirements and business needs.
Help generate new leads by working with Account Managers and promoting our services.
Lead and coordinate complex RFP (Request for Proposal) processes with other team members and business units.
Provide training to Account Managers and Pre-Sales teams about our Digital Transformation services.
Track and report customer opportunities and actions using a CRM tool.

Qualifications

10 years of experience in Pre-sales Solution Sales or similar roles in the technology sector.
Strong knowledge of Cloud Data AI and Hyper-automation technologies and the ability to quickly learn new ones.
Experience working with C-level executives and the ability to understand business and technical challenges while presenting solutions effectively.
A creative hands-on problem-solving approach.
Excellent listening writing and presentation skills.

Certifications (a big plus)

Cloud: AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Data: Certified Data Management Professional AWS Certified Data Analytics Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Engineer Associate Data Science Professional Certificate.
AI and Automation: Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer UiPath RPA Associate
