We are seeking a Sales Executive with a strong background in the Managed Service Provider (MSP) market to grow our recurring revenue streams. This role focuses on selling Microsoft 365 / Azure CSP licenses bundled with AvePoint SaaS solutions and managed service packages.
Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting qualification proposal closing and onboarding.
Sell bundled offerings comprising Microsoft 365 / Azure CSP licenses AvePoint SaaS solutions (Backup Compliance Migration) and tailored managed services.
Collaborate with Microsoft Indirect Providers (e.g. Crayon Ingram) on pricing provisioning and incentive alignment.
Understand customers operational needs and design suitable managed service packages (e.g. L1/L2 support compliance reporting SLA coverage).
Engage clients in finance healthcare education and logistics sectors.
Conduct product and service demonstrations respond to RFIs and craft customized commercial proposals.
Maintain accurate sales pipelines forecast monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and help achieve team revenue goals.
Proven experience selling to or working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Azure CSP licensing frameworks.
Experience packaging and selling recurring services such as user support monitoring or compliance reporting.
Skilled in relationship-building solution-based selling and managing complex sales cycles.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Independent results-oriented and a team player.
