Job Description:

  • Perform general reception area duties including answering phone calls from clients and internal customers greeting and escorting guests and visitors.
  • Provide good and courteous customer services to all visitors and coordinate with the internal staff.
  • Maintain a professional and welcoming environment at the front desk and in the waiting area.
  • Support company event and staff activities arrangement as well as seasonal festive office decorations tasks.
  • Manage meeting room bookings maintain cleanliness and perform facilities checks to ensure meeting rooms are properly managed.
  • Assist in purchase requisition and invoice settlement through the procurement system.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other clerical duties as assigned including preparation of regular reports and data analysis.
  • Perform shift duties when needed.
  • Perform any ad hoc assignments as required by the immediate manager.

Requirement:

  • Diploma or above is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in sizable organizations with event organizing related experience is a must.
  • Candidates with customer service experience in other industries e.g. Serviced Office & Hotel will also be considered.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese including both Cantonese and Mandarin.
  • Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
  • Team player with the ability to work independently.
  • Committed strong sense of responsibility proactive energetic mature positive thinking.
  • Good interpersonal skills pleasant and customer-oriented.
  • Standard working hours: 9 hours between 08:30-18:30 on a shift roster inclusive of a one-hour lunch break.
  • Working location: Shift between different offices based on roster and requirement.
  • Occasional work beyond standard hours for event support may be required.
  • Less experienced candidate will be considered as Reception Services Ambassador.
