Job Description
Title: Data Research Associate
Location: Remote with preference for candidates based in the Philippines
Work hours: Local office hours but must have ability to work U.S. hours (CST) during last month of each quarter
Compensation: $1000 per month. Plus bonuses for consistently meeting or exceeding deadlines. Additional performance-based bonuses are available for proactive high-performing individuals with a positive attitude.

Since 1994 weve been the go-to source for real-time in-depth insights that help investors brokers property managers developers planners and lenders make critical decisions with confidence. No other company offers the same level of comprehensive accurate and timely multifamily market data in this region.
Were currently looking for a detail-oriented self-motivated individual to join our research team. This is a remote full-time role that plays a key part in gathering market intelligence through a combination of online research and direct phone outreach. Youll be contacting apartment staff or reviewing trusted websites to collect key property data such as rental rates occupancy levels and other market-specific information. Youll also assist in tracking new developments acquisitions and listings to ensure our data remains accurate and up to date.
What Youll Be Doing
- Calling local apartment communities to verify and update property information
- Conducting online research to gather rental and occupancy data
- Tracking development pipelines: whats being built where and by whom
- Identifying property sales listings and ownership changes
- Inputting and managing data using Microsoft Excel and Word
- Communicating findings clearly and accurately via email and internal tools
What Were Looking For
- A self-starter with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong command of spoken and written English
- Comfortable using a VOIP system via Microsoft Teams for phone calls
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel Word)
- A reliable computer setup preferably with dual monitors and a stable internet connection
- Someone who enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering high-quality accurate work
- Previous experience or interest in commercial real estate is a plus but not required
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 hours per day. Please note that our data collection is seasonal so the workload may vary throughout the year with certain months requiring increased commitment.
